The DEI/SES Takes the (Virtual) Polar Bear Plunge

Assistant State Superintendent Marcella Franczkowski and the Division of Early Intervention and Special Education Services (DEI/SES) improvised and took the 2021 POLAR BEAR COOL SCHOOLS PLUNGE! The team took a virtual plunge into their work, collected donations from staff, and presented a check on behalf of the Division to Special Olympics Maryland President and CEO Jim Schumtz.
